Our Vision

CPABC will be a community of Christian administrators who:

       a.  Encourage and support educational leadership that is biblically faithful in today’s world
       b.  Build relationships through sharing joys and burdens
       c.  Encourage and equip each other as well as potential leaders
       d.  Help each other promote the vision of Christian education in their communities
       e.  Provide a forum for discussion of current educational issues
       f.  Are a vibrant professional community of Christian educational leaders

Our Core Values

1.  Encourage mutual support and accountability by:
        a.  Attending conferences
        b.  Providing mentorship for new members
        c.  Organizing small regional groups
        d.  Staying connected via chat rooms/emails
        e.  Hiring a paid/part time executive director

2.  Encourage professional support and growth by:
        a.  Maintaining a current principal’s certificate
        b.  Developing future leadership
        c.  Insuring that leadership training is an on-going process
        d.  Utilizing retired principals to assist those new to this work
